Jennifer Lopez To Take On Carmen Sandiego

The superstar is lined up to produce and possibly star in a big screen live-action version of the famous video game-turned-animated series Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego?, according to Deadline. If she does star in the feature, she would play the title character one of the worlds greatest detectives who becomes the worlds greatest thief. Its then up to her ex-partner to uncover if shes really gone bad. This wouldnt be the first time Carmen Sandiego was picked up as a movie. In the late 90s, Disney tried to develop a version starring Sandra Bullock, but it never materialized, according to Deadline. J. Lo recently wrapped production on the film What to Expect When Youre Expecting, co-starring Cameron Diaz. She will resume her judging duties on the 11th season of American Idol when the show returns in January. The official announcement of her return was confirmed back in August by FOX.
