Diablo Cody signs up to direct Lamb Of God

_*Juno*_*and _Jennifer’s Body_ screenwriter Diablo Cody will
make her directorial debut with _Lamb Of God_.*

A self-discovery comedy, the film follows a young woman who loses her
faith after being involved in a plane crash, and decides to head to
Vegas to revel in sin.

On the way, she begins to rediscover her faith.

Cody nabbed an Oscar for her distinctively wordy, witty work on
_Juno_, and penned the _Lamb_ script herself. She’ll direct the
film for Mandate Pictures.

Mandate president Nathan Kahane says: “Having been in the
trenches with Diablo and Mason on _Juno_ and _Young Adult_, we
immediately jumped at the opportunity to partner with them again.

“It’s an honour to be a part of Diablo’s transition
as a director.”
